ICF Awards

The ICF offers several awards each year to recognize and honor our individual members, chapters, and organizations that have demonstrated a remarkable commitment to advancing the art, science and practice of professional coaching in their community and beyond.

ICF International Prism Award—The deadline for 2011 applications has passed. If you would like to review award requirements, please download the 2011 application below. In 2005, the global office of the ICF adopted the concept of the Prism Award developed by the Greater Toronto ICF Chapter. The prestigious International Prism Award recognizes organizations that have enhanced excellence and business achievement through their commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy.

ICF Chapter Awards
ICF Chapters are the core community of the coaching profession, providing a voice for coaches in local communities. ICF Chapters have the opportunity to be recognized for their efforts by submitting an application for one of two award categories being introduced in 2012 I Care For-Pro Bono Coaching Award and the Breaking Barrier Award. Chapter leaders may nominate their own Chapter or a fellow Chapter. Applications must be returned to ICF Headquarters no later than 5 p.m. (New York), August 1, 2011. Download the 2012 ICF Chapter Award Program Application.

ICF President's Award
Each year, the president of the ICF presents an individual or organization with the ICF President's Award, in recognition of the work he or she is doing to promote coaching in a humanitarian capacity. There is no application process for this award.
